The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is the agreement between you, us and the Department of Homeland Security that spells out our obligations to each other during your participation in E-Verify.

Within the next four hours, you (or the person you designated as the signer) will receive an email from the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Service (USCIS). The subject line of the email is currently “Welcome to E-Verify and Your Client Enrollment.” Please follow the instructions in the email to sign the MoU.

Your account will not be active until the agreement is signed.

When the agreement has been signed and your E-Verify account activated, we will send an email that includes your unique E-Verify Client Company ID Number and instructions for using our service.
