The signup process is quick and easy. With this form, you will submit the information that we need to create your E-Verify account. When we do so, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) will send you (or a designated signer) an email invitation to sign the Memorandum of Understanding, which is the agreement between you, us as your Employer Agent, and the USCIS. Once the agreement is signed, your account will be activated.
When you submit enrollment information, we will send an email with instructions for using our service, a link to our HelpDesk and plenty of tips to help you with your first verification.
IMPORTANT: During the signup process, you will designate the hiring site(s) at which you will verify new hires. If you will verify new hires at more than four hiring sites, click here first.
In this section, you will provide basic information about your organization including organization type, number of employees and Federal Employer ID Number (FEIN). If you do not have an FEIN, you should apply for and receive one for free by clicking here before continuing. (Social Security numbers and Individual Tax ID numbers (ITINs) are not allowed.) You will also need the first three numbers of your North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code. If you don't know your code, look it up here.
The Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) Number is a unique, 9-digit identification number assigned by Dun and Bradstreet. Federal contractors are required to apply for and enter this number.

Please enter the physical address of your main office or corporate headquarters, including the county. If your mailing address is different, please provide it as well.
To participate in E-Verify, you must designate at least one `hiring site` or `workplace` at which you agree to verify new hires. Usually, that is the primary physical location that you entered above.
You must provide the address of all sites at which you agree or are required to verify new hires.
If you have more than one `hiring site` but are not required by law to verify at all, however, you may choose to verify at some locations but not others. This decision is usually governed by the states in which you do business; you may verify new hires in the states that require it by state law but not in other states including your `home office` state, if not required.
You should check the `Primary Hiring Site` box below if your primary physical address above will be a `hiring site.` You will designate additional or different sites on the next page, if necessary.
If your main office is located in a "non-EVerify" state; you need to enroll to satisfy another state's laws, but you do not have a physical address in that state, call us for guidance.
(Important: A `job site` is not a `hiring site.` You should only designate sites that you own or control.)

In this section, you will provide the name, email address and phone number of the person who will be your primary contact for E-Verify cases and other program-related issues. Also, indicate if the agreement will be signed by the Primary Contact or another person. In addition, you can designate someone to receive invoices and other billing correspondence.
