Verify I-9 Introduces Plan for Gwinnett Employers PDF Print E-mail

In response to recent changes to Gwinnett County's (GA) bidding process, Verify I-9, LLC has developed a service plan that will make compliance with the new ordinance "headache-free."

street laborOn June 26, the Gwinnett County Commission amended its purchasing ordinance to require contractors (and their subcontractors)  to verify the employment eligibility of their employees in order to be eligible for county contracts.  The ordinance accelerates the provisions of the "Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act," which went into effect on July 1; all employers with more than three employees servicing the county contract must certify to the county that their employees are eligible to work in the U.S..

The services provided by Verify I-9, LLC not only meet or exceed the requirements of the Gwinnett ordinance, but we also supply the affidavits and other documents required to qualify your company to receive or maintain county contracts.
