		<title>New Arizona Law Requires Employee Verification</title>
		<link>http://www.verifyi9.com/content/view/13/</link>
		<description>

The Legal Arizona Workers Act (http://www.azleg.gov/search/oop/qfullhit.asp?CiWebHitsFile=/legtext/48leg/1r/bills/hb2779c.htm CiRestriction=2779 CiBeginHilite=&amp;lt;b&amp;gt; CiEndHilite=&amp;lt;/b&amp;gt; CiHiliteType=Full), which went into effect on January 1, prohibits employers from knowingly employing unauthorized aliens. It also requires Arizona employers to verify the employment eligibility of new hires via the federal E-Verify program.

The law requires the state Attorney General and county attorneys to investigate complaints about employers who hire unauthorized aliens. If an employer knowingly employs an unauthorized alien, an employer&amp;#39;s business license can be permanently revoked.

Our service fully satisfies Arizona employers&amp;#39; obligation under the new law to verify new employees. If you are an Arizona employer, we can have you in full compliance with the Arizona law in a matter of days. Contact us (component/option,com_contact/task,view/contact_id,2/Itemid,11/) for more information or start the signup process now (index.php?option=com_chronocontact chronoformname=SignUp)!
